As an Enrolled Agent licensed by the IRS, I help individuals and small businesses navigate the complex US tax system. My mission is to make tax education accessible and free for everyone.
An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a federally-licensed tax practitioner who has demonstrated technical competence in tax law. EAs are the only tax professionals who are licensed directly by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), giving them unlimited representation rights before the IRS.
Unlike CPAs or attorneys, EAs specialize exclusively in taxation β it's not just a part of their practice, it's everything they do.
Passed the rigorous 3-part IRS Special Enrollment Examination (SEE)
Required 72 hours of continuing education every 3 years to stay current
Can represent taxpayers before all IRS departments β audits, collections, appeals
Subject to strict NAEA Code of Ethics and IRS Circular 230
The US tax code is incredibly complex β more than 70,000 pages of rules, regulations, and exceptions. Most Americans don't have the time or resources to navigate it alone. That's why I created Tax Clearance.
My mission is simple: make free, accurate, and actionable tax education available to every American β whether you're a first-time filer, a freelancer, a small business owner, or someone dealing with a tax problem.
"Every taxpayer deserves to understand their rights and obligations. My goal is to be the trusted resource you turn to first β before you panic."
